Victorious powers interactive networks for the world's largest content creators and their superfans. Each Victorious powered app is a festival in your pocket - where every day, you can experience hundreds of thousands of fans coming together in one place, filling it with energy, creativity, passion and fun.

Working closely with the Victorious Product and Design teams to co-create the mobile app, my role was to lead the design of the end-to-end experience for both iOS and Android platforms. This included conducting in person user testing, competitive analysis, defining the information architecture, wireframes, rapid prototyping and testing, visual design, and working closely with developers on the delivery of the final live product.

In 2019 Victorious was aquired by Headspace.

Victorious Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet was a cornerstone feature of the Victorious app, designed to bring creators and their most devoted superfans closer together. The Live team’s mission was to develop a versatile, multi-purpose live events platform that fostered meaningful, real-time interactions. This digital arena provided creators with the tools to host engaging live experiences, from Q&A sessions and behind-the-scenes moments to exclusive performances and fan shoutouts. The feature aimed to create a space where creators could deepen connections with their audiences, amplifying engagement and strengthening their communities.

Scaling the experience

After establishing a robust and scalable framework, the next challenge was to design an internal CMS that could empower our marketing and content teams to efficiently manage and launch multiple apps each month while handling weekly updates seamlessly. I took the lead in designing this internal CMS, ensuring it was intuitive, flexible, and scalable to meet the evolving needs of the team.
