I played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of AI-powered writing, composition, and meeting/notetaking products within the Grammarly ecosystem.
As part of a 0-to-1 build, I led the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation—across a suite of AI-driven writing and productivity tools. My work focused on creating intuitive, seamless experiences that empower users to write and collaborate more effectively.
Composition design direction
The composition work involved designing AI-powered tools that assist users in generating, structuring, and refining their writing across various contexts. This included developing features that help users compose emails, documents, reports, and other forms of written communication with greater ease and efficiency.
AI-powered meeting transcripts
Grammarly's AI meeting transcript tool enhances users writing by providing a rich, accurate record of discussions that users can seamlessly incorporate into their work. Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, writers can pull key insights, decisions, and action items directly from AI-generated summaries or full transcripts. Whether drafting follow-up emails, creating reports, or documenting project updates, this tool ensures clarity, accuracy, and alignment with meeting outcomes.
